DMC License and Software Subscription

DMC is available in two licensing models - Fixed term license (FTL) and Permanent license.


Fixed Term License

Fixed Term License is licensed software for a predefined period. Fixed Term Licenses begin to be effective on the date when you order them.
Fixed Term Licenses contain Software Subscription ensuring your access to product upgrades for as long as the FTL is in effect. Customer will be reminded one month before his FTL is expired.


Permanent license

Permanent license is licensed software for unlimited period which includes one year Software Subscription. In the next period (usually one year) customer can decide if he needs to renew his Software Subscription. Customer will be reminded one month before his Software Subscription is expired.

About DMC License key

DMC Product License key is a unique string of characters generated based on the Safe ID Server upon which the DMC Server is installed. The License key is stored in the DMC database. This License key identifies the number of licenses applicable to that installation. It should also be noted that the license key is specific to the version of DMC being used. 


Request for a License key

License keys are issued upon product purchase. To obtain a License key for the DMC Server, please email the request to dma@csdevelopment.cz stating the desired number of licenses with the Safe ID of the Domino Server upon which the DMC Server will be installed. 

The DMC License key is directly linked to the Domino Server upon which the License key is generated. 


Trial version

DMC Server is also available in a trial version for customers who would like to test it.
A trial version is limited by 2 records and works without a License key.


Apply a license key

To apply a License key, simply copy and paste the entire "License key" string in the corresponding field of the DMC Server Configuration document.

How to buy

• Send an order to dma@csdevelopment.cz
• The order must includes
• identification of customer (Company, Name, Address, Country, VAT reg. number)
• number of licenses
• Domino server Safe ID (where will be DMC Server installed)
• Then Invoice will be issued and sent
• License key for DMC server will be sent after invoice is paid
• To apply a License key, simply copy and paste the entire "License Key" string in the corresponding field of the DMC Server Configuration document
